Rule of Conduct

FOR KIND ATTENTION OF PARENTS AND GUARDIANS

  1. The entire syllabus has been divided into two terms.
  2. The child must be regular and serious in his studies throughout the year 85% attendance is compulsory for promotion.
  3. If a child fails in any subject in the terms , he /she will be marked as a non-grader (N.G)
  4. Result declared at the end of the year is final in all cases and will not be reconsidered.
  5. Parents are particularly expected to sign progress reports and dairy When you feel your child is at making the desired progress, he Principal should be contacted.
  6. Monitor the study hours of your ward at home. Spend quality time with your ward. Discourage overexposure to mobile and T.V as it is very harmful.
  7. It is compulsory for parents to attend Parents Teacher Meeting along with their child. Late coming parents will not be entertained.
  8. Once the Date Sheet if finalized for oral and written examination no change will be made .There will be no retest.
  9. There can be an increase in monthly fees up to Rs.200
  10. Mobiles phones are strictly prohibited in the school. Any student found with mobile, his/her phone will be confiscated and fine of Rs 1000 will be charged.
  11. Discipline and education are our first priority. Indiscipline on the part of student will lead to suspension.
  12. Third Saturday of every month will holiday. Other all Saturdays will be full working days.
  13. In case of absence leave should be given or notification should be made with School authorities.
  14. Parents are not allowed to meet their children or teacher during school hours without permission of the Principal. Parents may meet the teachers 10 minutes before assembly or after school hours.
  15. Fee is non- refundable under any circumstances.
  16. All dues are payables from 9th to 12th of every month. A fine of Rs.100/-per student will be charged from 13th to 20th of every month .A fine of Rs.200 will be charged from 21st to 30th of every month. The name of the student will be struck off for non-payment of fee after 30th.
  17. On birthday child should be in proper school uniform. There should be no celebration in school strictly.
  18. The school staff and Principal shall watch all safety measure of the students but even if any miss-incident takes place in the school premises or during transportation, the shall be liable to only first aid and parents/ guardian shall be responsible for all other treatment if required. They will not claim any financial or other loss from the school.
  19. No half day will be sanctioned to any student.
  20. Parents must deposit two months fee twice a year. First time in the month of May i. e. for May and June and Second time in February i.e. for February and March.
  21. Students are not allowed to buy eatables from outside during school hours.
  22. Students coming on cycle must have a token. In case of failure, fine of Rs.500 will be charged.
  23. In case of cycle lost during school hours, the school shall be liable to pay a sum of Rs.1000 only.
  24. All cycles kept in school parking must be locked. School will not be responsible for loss of unlocked cycle.
  25. Lunch boxes will not be delivered to students. Please send the lunch box in the bag of your ward.
  26. Parents are required to deposit Date of Birth proof , Aadhar card of Student, Aadhar card of Father, Aadhar card of Mother, Caste certificate (if Applicable) and four passport size snaps in school uniform of the child within one month of admission.
  27. School Leaving Certificate will be given only to those who have paid all their dues.
  28. No student will be allowed to take examination till all his /her dues have been cleared.
  29. Parents must preserve the receipts of fee issued to them and produce them as a proof of payment if needed.
  30. Students are not allowed to come on scooters or bikes to school. Strict action will be taken against the defaulters.
  31. In case of change in phone number or address contact in office to update the same.
  32. Students will be allowed to enter the school premises only 15 minutes before school time.
  33. Parents should make sure that the student comes to school in proper School uniform and neatly dressed.
  34. Any student found misbehaving or using foul language will be suspended without notice.
